CT00-038 In the Matter of the Complaint filed by Leland R. and Coralie V. Bush, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, against Sprint Communications Company L.P. Regarding Unauthorized Switching of Services.

The Complainant indicates that their long distance phone service was switched without their authorization. The Complainant states, "With the frequency of slamming being done (per FCC information) - I feel the urgency for an amount of compensation awarded to deter this type of practice by Sprint to STOP!"

CT00-039 In the Matter of the Complaint filed by Byron Nogelmeier, Parker, South Dakota, against Excel Telecommunications, Inc. Regarding Billing Issues.

In July, 1999, complainant switched intrastate and interstate long distance service. Complainant continued to receive bills from his previous carrier, Excel Telecommunications through December, 1999. Complainant contacted Excel several times to inform them he had changed long distance carriers. The complainant requests "that Excel be required to pay me the maximum amount allowed by law, which I believe is $1,000.00 and to refund to me all the charges for the months in question."

NATURAL GAS

NG97-015 In the Matter of the Application of Associated Milk Producers, Inc. Pipeline, Inc. For Approval of Change in an Intrastate Natural Gas Transportation Rate.

On June 2, 1998, the Commission approved a change in the rate charged by Associated Milk Producers, Inc. Pipeline, Inc. which served AMPI and the City of Freeman. That decision ordered "that AMPIP shall submit an application for a change in the intrastate natural gas transportation rate by March 1, 2000." Northern States Power Company has again agreed to provide cost of service and rate design assistance to AMPIP in the current filing. On February 23, 2000, the Commission received a request from Northern States Power Company to extend the filing date to April 1, 2000.
