EL08-012 -  In the Matter of the Joint Request for an Electric Service Rights Exception between Otter Tail Power Company and Kingsbury Electric Cooperative, Inc.

            Application by Otter Tail Power Company for approval of request for service territory exception to allow Kingsbury Electric Cooperative to serve customer Midstate Agronomy located in Otter Tail Power Company's service territory. The customer is located on the South 654.93 feet of the Southwest Quarter, except the East 855 feet thereof, and except Lot H-2 located therein of Section 28, Township 111, Range 56, Kingsbury County. Midstate Agronomy requests temporary service from Kingsbury Electric Cooperative until the completion of Otter Tail extending its facilities to customer and other new customers in the area.
