OC09-006       In the Matter of the Complaint filed by Crooks Municipal Utilities, Crooks, South Dakota, against Hagen Grading, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

On August 19, 2009 Ginny Beck of Crooks Municipal Utilities filed a complaint against Hagen Grading alleging excavation occurred at 500 Andrew Drive in Crooks, SD prior to the start time on the ticket.  Although a One Call locate request was made, the complainant states the excavator failed to follow statutory procedure.

TC09-084        In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and EnTelegent Solutions, Inc.

On August 13, 2009, the Commission received a filing for approval of an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and EnTelegent Solutions, Inc.  Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than September 2, 2009.  Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.
