EL10-008 - In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy for Approval of Tariff Revisions

            On June 29, 2010, the Commission received an application by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy to update the payment schedule for energy; introduce a payment for capacity per KW; and update the terms and conditions in the Small Qualifying Facility Rider (Occasional delivery energy service), Rate No. 73, and in the Small Qualifying Facility Rider (Time of delivery energy service), Rate No. 74. The Company has requested an effective date of September 1, 2010, for the proposed modifications to the rate schedules.

TC10-084 -  In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of a Traffic Transit Update Amendment to Interconnection Agreement Between Qwest Corporation and XO Communications Services, Inc. for the State of South Dakota

         On June 29, 2010, the Commission received a filing for approval of a traffic transit update amendment to the interconnection agreement between Qwest Corporation and XO Communications Services, Inc. for the state of South Dakota. Any party wishing to comment may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than July 19, 2010. Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after the service of the initial comments.
