1. GE99-002 IN THE MATTER OF THE FILING BY NORTHWESTERN PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY FOR APPROVAL TO ADD LANGUAGE TO ITS CUSTOMERS' BILLS. (Staff Analyst: Dave Jacobson. Staff Attorney: Karen Cremer.)

On April 12, 1999, the Commission received an application by Northwestern Public Service Company to publish information on bills concerning customer's ability to pay by credit card.

TODAY, shall the Commission approve the changes?

Natural Gas

1. NG98-014 IN THE MATTER OF THE FILING BY MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY FOR APPROVAL OF ITS 1998 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REPORT AND ITS 1999 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN. (Staff Analyst: Michele Farris. Staff Attorney: Karen Cremer.)

On December 31, 1998, the Commission received MidAmerican Energy Company's 1998 Economic Development Annual Report and proposed Economic Development Plan for 1999. The proposed plan was filed in accordance with Docket NG95-006.

TODAY, shall the Commission approve the Economic Development Plan?
