Lines are limited and are given out on a first come, first served basis, subject to possible reassignment to accommodate persons who must appear in a proceeding. Ultimately, if you wish to participate in the Commission Meeting and a line is not available, you may have to appear in person.

ADDENDUM TO THE
AGENDA OF COMMISSION MEETING

1.      EL14-071     In the Matter of the Application of Northern States Power Company dba Xcel Energy for Approval of a Temporary Service Territory Exception Agreement with Sioux Valley Energy Electric Cooperative (Staff Analyst: Darren Kearney; Consumer Affairs Director: Deb Gregg; Staff Attorney: Kristen Edwards)

On August 1, 2014, Northern States Power dba Xcel Energy (Xcel) submitted a Temporary Service Territory Exception Agreement between Xcel and Sioux Valley Energy Electric Cooperative (SVE).  Under the proposed temporary exception, the companies agree that SVE would provide electric service to a residential customer until such time as Xcel is able to do so.

TODAY, shall the Commission approve the requested temporary electric service rights exception?
