MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Chairman Burg called the meeting to order at 10:15 a.m. Present were Commissioner Pam Nelson and Commissioner Laska Schoenfelder, Executive Director Bill Bullard, Staff Attorney Karen Cremer, Fixed Utilities Division Director Greg Rislov, Utility Analysts Bob Knadle, Dave Jacobson and Tammi Stangohr, Consumer Representative Leni Hook, Business Manager Sue Cichos, Paralegal Intern Richard Keyes and Administrative Secretary Shirleen Fugitt.
Joining the meeting by phone were Teresa Vogel, the complaint, and Susan Anderson Bachman, Darnell Oberle, Mick Gleason and Craig Schroeder all representing Northwestern Public Service.
Natural Gas and Electricity
Teresa Vogel explained her dispute with regard to the amount owed to Northwestern Public Service. Darnell Oberle representing Northwestern Public Service addressed the complaint. Discussion followed.
Commissioner Schoenfelder moved to find no probable cause. Commissioner Nelson seconded and Chairman Burg concurred. Motion passed 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned.
