South Dakota Public Utilities Commission Meeting

MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING

Chairman Sahr called the meeting to order.  Also present were Vice Chairman Dustin Johnson; and Commissioner Gary Hanson.

Joining the meeting by telephone were Staff Attorney Rolayne Wiest; Director of Warehouse Division James Mehlhaff; and Administrative Secretary Tina Douglas.

Rulemaking

1.     RM06-002            In the Matter of the Adoption of Rules Regarding Public Warehouses (Staff Attorney:  Rolayne Ailts Wiest)

Ms. Rolayne Wiest stated that there were only a few minor changes of the final rules by Legislative Research Council.  Mr. James Mehlhaff recommended approval of the rules. 

Chairman Sahr moved to approve the final rules regarding Public Warehouses.  Commissioner Johnson seconded and Commissioner Hanson concurred. Motion passed 3-0.
