1.  EL07-033-In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy for Approval of Tariff Revisions. (Staff Analysts:  Keith Senger/Brian Rounds, Staff Attorney:  Karen Cremer)

 

           On October 26, 2007, NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy filed revisions to its Sample Forms.  These revisions include changes to the Bill Format, Notice of Intent to Disconnect, Return Check Letter, Broken Arrangement Notice, Final Past Due Notice, Final Demand Notice, NSF Notice and Budget Remove.

 

              TODAY, shall the Commission Approve the Tariff Revisions?

Telecommunications

 

1.   TC07-106 In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of an Amendment to an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Comtel Telcom Assets LP d/b/a Excel Telecommunications (Staff Attorney:  Kara Semmler)

 

On May 18, 2007, the Commission received a filing for approval of a Payment Terms Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Comtel Telcom Assets LP, a Texas Limited Partnership, d/b/a Excel Telecommunications for the State of South Dakota, which was docketed September 27, 2007. 

           TODAY, shall the Commission Approve the Amendment to the Agreement?

 

Announcements

 

1.  The next regularly scheduled Commission meeting will be held December 4, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 412, State Capitol Building, Pierre, SD.

2.  Commission meetings are scheduled for December 18, 2007, and January 15, 2008.

3.  The PUC offices will be closed Thursday, November 22, 2007, and Friday, November 23, 2007, in observance of Thanksgiving.

4.  An evidentiary hearing in docket HP07-001 will be held December 3 – 14, 2007, in Room 412 of the State Capitol Building, Pierre, SD.  The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. December 3 and December 10; following the Commission Meeting on December 4; and at 8:30 a.m. on all other days.

5.  A public input hearing in docket HP07-001 will be held from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. on December 6, 2007, in Room 412 of the State Capitol Building, Pierre, SD. 

6.  The PUC offices will be closed Tuesday, December 25, 2007, in observance of Christmas.
