MINUTES OF AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING

By telephone, Chairman Jim Burg called the meeting to order. Present were Commission Advisor Greg Rislov; Commission Counsel Rolayne Wiest; Staff Attorney Karen Cremer; Utility Analysts Harlan Best, Heather Forney, Keith Senger, and Michele Farris; Assistant Executive Director Sue Cichos; and Administrative Secretary Mary Giddings.

Joining the meeting by telephone were Commissioner Pam Nelson; and Mark Ayotte, GCC License Corp.

Also present was Rich Coit, SDITC.

Telecommunications

1. TC98-146 IN THE MATTER OF THE FILING BY GCC LICENSE CORPORATION FOR DESIGNATION AS AN ELIGIBLE TELECOMMUNICATIONS CARRIER. (Staff Analyst: Harlan Best. Staff Attorney: Karen Cremer.)

Rich Coit, representing SDITC, explained the stipulation. Mark Ayotte, representing GCC License Corporation, also explained the stipulation and answered questions from the Commissioners and Staff.

Chairman Burg moved to approve the Stipulation for Procedure on Remand. Commissioner Nelson seconded. Motion passed 2-0.

Meeting adjourned.
